- Include original packaging whenever possible.
- Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or worn underwear may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please include:

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
